Twitter bootstrap test run Thu, Nov 29, 2012

Lately I have seen a lot of articles and comments written about the Twitter bootstrap html/css/javascript framework. There are those that poo poo bootstrap claiming that all sites utilizing the library look the same.

My take? It’s a very easy way to create a clean and consistent web site. As I went through clearing out the old JQueryUI mark up I found there was not much to add back in. In very little time (just one evening after the kids were in bed) I ended up with a cleaner, more functional site. That is a big win in my book.

So, on a scale of 1 to 5 stars I give bootstrap a thumbs up!
